Screening for Plagiarism

LIMITATIONS: Journal Of Contemporary Perspectives is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

To ensure the authenticity of submitted works, the journal implements the following plagiarism policy:

• All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin prior to the peer review process.

• The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%, excluding references, direct quotations (properly cited), and commonly used academic phrases.

• Any manuscript found to exceed the similarity threshold, or containing evidence of unethical copying, fabrication, falsification, or unattributed use of another author's work, will be immediately rejected or returned to the author for correction.

• In severe cases of plagiarism or academic misconduct, the journal reserves the right to notify the author's affiliated institution or relevant professional bodies.

By submitting a manuscript, authors declare that their work is free from plagiarism and complies with the ethical standards of academic publishing.
